At Buster + Punch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your solid metal hardware and lighting; if an item isn't right for your project, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original, undamaged packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
